As the owner of the company, I make it my mission to thoroughly inspect and evaluate each property, from one side to the other, and from the top to the bottom, with the experience I have gained in 35 years in the home repair field. At Keen Eye Home Inspection, we are dedicated to providing thorough, careful inspection services to ensure the safety and integrity of your home. The owner uses his training and 35+ years of home repair experience in order for you to make informed decisions for your property, using his report.

The inspection covers 10 systems of the home and property, including: Site and slope, Exterior, Roof, Structural Components, Garage, Interior, Electrical, Heating/HVAC, Plumbing, Appliances that are to be inspected.
FEE SCHEDULE:

Duplex, condo, or manufactured homes, if under 1,400 square feet: $350.

Homes larger than 1,400 square feet, up to 2,500 square feet: $450-550.

Homes larger than 2,500 square feet, call for quote;

Mileage fee for over 15 miles one way: $50.

Homes older than 50 years are additional $50.
